Dancing Jive - Group B
Kelly
I’m Kelly, and I’ve worked for the ambulance service for over 11 years. I’m a Guernsey girl and I love all that island life has to offer, from the impressive cliffs to the glorious beaches, and everything in between. I live with my partner Paul, 8 year old Felix, and our two dogs Luna and Hubble, who keep me busy with walkies every afternoon. I love pottering in the garden and swimming in the sea during the warmer months.
I am most excited about the shows. I have supported friends in the DFC for a few years now, and each year I have wanted to get up and dance, so when I was invited to join this year I was excited that it would finally be my turn.
My friends have only ever seen me dancing when we’ve had a couple of glasses of wine, so I’m hoping they won’t even remember my ‘moves’. I think the fact I’m doing this will be a complete shock to them!
If I could dance anywhere on Earth it would be in an open field by a lake in Switzerland because I can’t think of a more free or peaceful setting.
I would encourage more recycling and sustainable living by promoting the attitude that it doesn’t take one person doing zero waste perfectly, but millions doing it imperfectly.

Our
Dancer...
Hi, I’m Cameron. I have been doing ballroom and Latin on and off since the age of 10, competing in Blackpool twice and competing in the 2019 DFC.
I am most excited to see how everyone progresses through this year’s DFC and how they get along with their routines and dancing as a whole as I am also helping with the choreography and teaching this year.
I don’t think I can repeat what they would say 😅
This may be a bit of a cheat answer, but I can’t think of anywhere better. 400km up in the sky, orbiting Earth. Wouldn’t necessarily look the greatest, but would very much like to try one day.
I don’t think any one thing can make much of a difference unfortunately. However if I was to make one change, it would be to increase The number of Reforestation and Rewilding projects to try and repair the vital ecosystem’s that we have destroyed as a species.
