Dancing Foxtrot - Group B
Katy
Hi, my name is Katy and I work for Citco in the Co Sec department which is a change from the Blood Transfusion services role prior to my arrival from South Africa latter part of 2000. My first introduction to Guernsey was in the 90’s during my two year travelling stint, when a chef in the Lake District showed me a postcard of the Little Chapel and went on to describe Guernsey- I was determined visit this little gem in the Channel. I am very proud of my two daughters who have been my lighthouse and have always supported my pursuits, ranging from a crazy walk around the island, a swim to Herm, a cheeky calendar girls stint and now the most terrifying event- the Dance Floor Challenge.

2nd time in DFC, first as the dancer
I am looking forward to having another opportunity to do something I enjoy, alongside a great group of people.
At least the moves in the clubs have improved
With my bride to be Alexandra on our wedding day, with a chance to dance in front of our favourite people with the woman who means the world to me.
Open all the counters / tills / stations in shops, banks, airport security etc. so we don’t need to endlessly queue all the time.
